• Account information — your email address and basic profile, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up or sign in.
• Portfolio data you add — the cards you save, plus details you choose to enter such as last-4 digits, credit limit, points balance, status, and your monthly spending profile.
• Usage & analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, device/browser type) to understand and improve the product.

We do not ask for or store full card numbers, CVV, OTPs, PINs, or net-banking credentials. Please never send these to us.

• To provide the service — your private portfolio, recommendations, and analytics.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.
• To respond to your support messages.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your data is stored in our managed database and served via our hosting provider. Portfolio cards are scoped to your signed-in account and are not visible to other users; the shared card catalog is read-only reference data.

Each has its own privacy practices; we share only what's needed for them to function.

We use essential cookies for sign-in/session handling, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You can view and edit your portfolio at any time, and request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing contact@cardmanager.co.in. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
